zenva academy is a yoga studio located in Santa Monica, CA that I’ve been going to since I was in 8th grade. I love it because it is a studio where you can come and do yoga classes, play basketball, and learn how to do yoga in various poses. I have been coming for about 3 years, and I consider myself a pretty advanced yogi.

My husband is a yoga teacher, and he’s been on the Yoga Coach Training and Yoga Teacher Training for a couple of years now. I’ve been practicing for about 2 years now, but I’ve been really scared about it and scared of the fear of not being able to do poses. I don’t want to let him down. I’m not going to let him down.

I am not a fan of yoga, so I have no opinion about zenva academy. But I can see why some people like it. It seems to be a pretty laid back class where you just move around, and get into positions that you’re comfortable with. I also love that it’s a class that is less about theory and more about practicing.

Its not a class that is going to take you all the way to the top, but I think its still a great way to start.
