The Walking Class is a self-directed class for those who are interested in improving their health. The class will also go over the best methods for dealing with the physical and mental stress brought on by walking and practicing yoga.
Walking makes it easy for most of us to do so without the slightest distraction. We can’t tell you how many times we’ve done it before, so we don’t. Being a little more active is the best way to stay on your feet. One of the best things about walking is that you get to know yourself and your surroundings. Being in the class gives you the added bonus of being able to work on your own.
You can’t help but get more active and walk more if you are practicing or working out, so the idea of being in a class class is great for that. However, there’s one big difference between a class class and a workout class: there is no music. For example, my favorite walking class is the one that you can sign up for in Portland, Oregon. It’s called the “Bike Park” and it’s located on the Greenbelt Trail.
Another great walking class is one that you can sign up for at your local gym. Its called the Zumba class.
I’m actually surprised that more people aren’t interested in taking walking classes these days. While I think that it will be an extremely popular class this year, I’m not sure I see many people doing it.

I really don’t know much about walking. I’ve been known to walk when I’m out in the country and it’s really not a big deal.
