Ive already had a few calls/mags/mailings/etc. with a service Ive had with a service that was not even remotely serviceable (but was very affordable) and Ive gotten some calls that I would have to pay extra for.

Now, I don’t mean to be all harsh on these companies. I know that I would have to pay extra to have a better customer service, but I don’t think I would have to pay extra for a great customer service. I think that the only reason that I am seeing this number of calls and emails is that people understand the importance of having a great service.
