There’s nothing wrong with that, but I often feel like I do it too much. I also feel like I’m getting healthier all the time. I used to feel like I had to be careful about my nutrition and exercise, because I didn’t really know what I did or didn’t need. But now, I feel like I’m on a mission, and I’m constantly working to better myself.
As I already mentioned, I have a tendency to obsess about things. Like, I need to eat more veggies, I need to exercise more. I do it all the time.
I think that I have a unique problem with being obsessed with things that most people are not prone to. I’m also very focused on the things that I do, and I have a habit of not thinking about the things that I don’t do.

I am sure that we all have a fair share of stress in our lives, and that is ok too. But it is definitely not good when we are focused on only the positive aspects of things. This is what we call “dysfunctional perfectionism,” and we all need to learn and practice it.
The perfect life is one where everything works out exactly as we want. We can all find it in ourselves to make our lives as perfect as possible. We all have our own strengths and weaknesses, but its important to remember to be humble and to realize that we do have to work with them.
So if you don’t have to work with people to figure it out, you’ll end up with imperfect lives. The problem with this type of life is that you can’t change your mindset and your attitude. It has to be just plain perfect.
Perfectionism is one of the biggest challenges we face in life. There is definitely a type of perfectionism that is healthy for humans, but can be limiting for many people.
