x 101 is a wonderful book on everything related to self-awareness. It actually covers a bunch of stuff that I know you will love. It’s a good book for anyone who is interested in self-awareness.

It’s a book that we’ve all heard about, but we aren’t sure how to use it. Like most of the other books we’ve written, it’s about the concept of self-awareness, but because it’s written by a woman, we’re confused about how to apply it in our lives.

Its there to help you become more aware of your patterns and your habits. Even if you don’t want to be conscious, its still helpful to understand the reasons behind your habits, routines, and impulses.

Some habits are not things we choose consciously, but are really just things that come out of our unconscious minds and are there because they are just there. For example, a habit of putting your car keys in your pocket (or other convenient place) because it’s automatic. I have no idea why I do this, but it is there, just like every other habit.
While habits, routines, and impulses are not conscious, they are often very hard to keep track of. You could say that habits, routines, and impulses are unconscious, but they are not entirely unconscious. To be unconscious, you have to have a hard time being aware of them.
There are two types of unconscious habits: automatic and controlled. An automatic habit is one that is automatic in nature. For example, when you are talking to somebody on the phone, you are automatically going through the motions. You are not aware of the automatic behavior and only when they ask you a question, do you respond.
For an unconscious person, the opposite is true. They are unaware of their automatic habits, but they are aware of them. For example, a person who is eating lunch in the morning would be unaware that they are automatically eating lunch, but they probably would know. They would be aware when they are eating lunch, but not when they are eating dinner, or when they are on the phone.
There are times when we are not aware of the automatic behavior and are only aware of the question. Just because we are not aware of the automatic behavior doesn’t mean we aren’t aware of it.
