I’ve been coaching and consulting for over 20 years. I’ve coached a lot of different types of clients. But I’ve always been a believer in transformational coaching, and I’m always looking for ways to help people transform their lives and their business.
The key thing to remember when you’re on autopilot is to be ready to react. One of the biggest reasons for autopilot is that you can expect more from a person who’s waiting for you to be ready. This is why every time you step away from your couch and walk on the couch, you get a little bit more of the same.
You don’t have to wait for someone to come after you. You also don’t have to wait for them to arrive. You just have to move on. However, sometimes it’s the least you can do is to try and get a little closer to being ready. You can make your own plans and do your best to make them part of your life.
Autopilot was one of the most popular things we asked our client to do with our coaches. It’s not the same when you’re doing it in your living room, but it’s a good reminder that we’ve been there.
We’ve all made mistakes in one way or another. Its good to remind yourself of that. We can be sure that you do it again, but maybe you dont have to. Maybe youve found a way to let yourself go through this life without having to do it all again. Maybe youve found a way to let the mistakes youve made serve you as a reminder of how to do better.
Weirdly, our client didn’t tell us anything about how the game works. They didn’t tell us anything about how you feel about certain decisions. They didn’t tell us what to do with your life. We did not ask questions about your life. We did not ask about who you are. We did not ask the questions that come with these types of things. We don’t ask about your goals.
The best we can do is get you to think about it. We can help. You can learn from it. You can change. You can help yourself become a better version of you.
The best I can do is tell you that changing things is going to take more than just a day. It is going to take a lifetime. The best you can do is to make a commitment to yourself. Start thinking about what you want out of life, what you want out of life, and just start doing it day by day.
