I get asked a lot how to get rid of stress and how to improve my energy levels, both of which I have learned are incredibly important.
Stress is our constant response to the things that stress us out, which is why I think this is a really simple way to improve your energy levels.
I have a rule of thumb that my energy levels are in line with my body’s needs. For example, if I am running, I will get about as much exercise as I can, but if I am running for an hour and feel like I need to pee then I will pee. It’s all about what gives you a “sap”.
I actually don’t think there is a simple rule of thumb. The way I always look at it is that if my body says it needs more energy, then I will have more energy. If my body is telling me it needs less energy, then I will have less energy. This is an example of the “sap-hana” method of training.
How you train it can be anything from using a timer to doing a few sets of 10 reps with very high reps, or even doing a warmup and then a couple of sets of 20 reps. Whatever works for you.

The idea is that you find ways to train your body so that it can get stronger, but your body will still be in the best shape possible. I don’t care how your body is doing it, just make it happen.

When you run into a bad situation, you simply look around and your brain is just too busy to really think.
