I first heard resonant breathing at a yoga class a while ago. I found it really helpful in the beginning but quickly realized it was just a way to keep my body and mind from getting out of sync and that my breath was the key to it all. The game is pretty slow at its initial release, so I’m not sure if we can expect it to make it that much more polished.
