I am a huge advocate of putting end user training in the hands of your IT department. Office 365 has everything you need to know to get up and running and running smoothly.
In particular, it’s important to make sure you and your team have a good idea of what to expect when it comes to end user training. For example, let’s say you’re in charge of training users for a new CRM system. You’d do well to train users in a way that’s easy to understand and that’s a bit different than just using a one-size-fits-all training framework.
The reason you don’t expect to see much training is because most of the work you do here is done on a whim. You do the work for yourself and your team, and then you get paid for the work. Sometimes you don’t even need to do that. Even if you do need to do it, it’s not a big deal.
You can’t be too quick if you dont have time for this job. I know I’ve been in the same situation with my previous jobs, I’ve never been in a position where there was a lot of time to be paid for the work. I’ve gone to the gym and worked my ass out to get paid, and I’ve been doing it in my spare time for the past nine months.

There are two problems with that. First, it was just a few days ago at a tech conference that I got all excited about the idea of having an app on my phone that would let me create my own time management system. It would be so simple, I could just type in “time-management-system” and it would tell me what I could be doing the next day.
Time can be a tricky thing. We all have our own ways of working and managing time, and everyone is different. We all use different systems, and we all use a variety of tools. A typical iPhone user will have a task manager, calendar, and email client installed on their handset. They will have an app that makes it easy to do things like manage tasks by categories, set alarms, and schedule meetings. That’s the typical way of doing things in office 365.
But if they don’t have one of those, they’ll have to do a lot of things manually. They’ll have to go to someplace they can’t easily get to, they’ll have to put in extra time and effort to get themselves to the place, they’ll have to learn a whole new way of doing things, and they’ll have to do a ton of manual work.
Most people will have no idea where they are and no way to know who is in charge. You can, of course, tell them that the person in charge is a hacker or a hacker’s boss. It’s a simple enough setup, but it will get you nowhere. You can also find people with different job descriptions in different places, and the person’s job description is just a few buttons to make sure they get what they are looking for.
