mynda treacy

This is my favorite way to incorporate mynda treacy into the pasta. I use it because it is so simple and light.

I’m not going to get into the pasta tutorial right now, but I do want to tell you about our favorite pasta this week. Mynda Treacy is a new pasta from the folks at Campanula Foods. It takes all the same ingredients as Treacy, but adds treacy to it. It’s a light egg pasta that has a lot of flavor and a little more texture than its main competitor.
