I first met lazaro diaz six years ago when he was on a mission to find the best Mexican food in New York City. He was visiting his grandmother in Manhattan and decided to stop for a quick bite to eat after walking the streets of the city. He was hungry and so was I. I had only been in New York for a few days and it was already my favorite city.
I must admit it was odd seeing the guy with only six years of experience in the restaurant business when you have the kind of money and experience that would make anyone worth your time. But lazaro is quick to tell you that he is just as hungry as you are, so let him do the talking.
I’m sure you know what lazaro is talking about. Lazaro is a self-proclaimed “world champion” in the world of Italian cooking, and he’s a celebrity chef, but he’s also a self-proclaimed “foodie.” He’s so famous that it’s hard to tell exactly where he gets his inspiration for the recipes he puts on menus.
Lazaro started out as a chef at a restaurant called Barolo, but he was fired from there shortly after, and now hes a chef at a restaurant called Ristorante Lazaro. Its probably the most famous restaurant in the world of Italian cooking. They have a pretty crazy menu, consisting of things like risotto with lobster, or a whole roast duck, or a whole chicken, just to name a few.
Lazaro’s menu is all about the simple things, and that includes his homemade pasta. He cooks his pasta with this amazing sauce that seems to be made specifically for the pasta. It is the most amazing thing that I’ve ever seen. Just by tasting it, you can tell that its made out of egg yolk, garlic, and chicken stock. It tastes like a very rich and creamy chicken soup.
If you have access to a kitchen, you can make this pasta for yourself! It’s super easy to make too. All you really need to do is melt some butter and add flour, and stir it for about 30 seconds. Then add in the chicken stock and cook it for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can also substitute chicken broth for the stock. If you don’t have access to a kitchen, you could always make this pasta from scratch.
I know garlic is a very common ingredient in pasta sauce, and I’m sure you all know what garlic tastes like, but if you don’t, you can still make this pasta with garlic. This is the quickest and easiest method. The only thing you need to do to make this pasta is to mix all of the ingredients together, and then cook it for about 5 minutes.
You can also substitute chicken broth for the stock. If you dont have access to a kitchen, you could always make this pasta from scratch.
If you really want to avoid using garlic, you can also try this simple, non-greasy method. Simply heat the ingredients for pasta (garlic, onion, and chicken broth) together in a small pot. Then, cook for about 5 minutes, until the mixture starts to bubble and thicken. Another option is to use Italian seasoning instead of the garlic.
