I do agree that if we’re going to do something, we need to be able to find the right people. People who aren’t as well-adjusted as we are will just get better at what they do. I think everyone should be able to find the right people and make decisions for themselves. I also think that the people who are being successful in the right ways should be encouraged to stay focused.
