And while you may feel that your fingers are relaxed, you are not actually relieving any muscle tension. You are just telling your body that it is doing something.
So basically you are telling your body that you are in pain and will be doing something about it. The power hand-tutter may relax the fingers by helping them to relax, but it is telling your body that it is doing something about any pain. It is not a full-blown powerstrength training.
