excel for dummies

The majority of the people I’ve met through my company are motivated by their careers. They see their work as a means to something, and, while there are some that are self-centered and do not give themselves wholeheartedly, most of them are motivated by the fact that they are working to get out of the mess that they are in. They are constantly trying to do better, to stand out, or to gain more recognition than they have already.

So, in essence, most people Ive met don’t really care whether they are doing well or not, they just dont want to get caught up in the constant stream of self-doubt and self-critical statements. These are the people you want to work with. I think it’s cool that they are motivated to help each other to excel, to stand out, and to gain recognition. That’s the kind of motivation I see in my employees.

The problem is that these people tend to have a lot of self-awareness, but they dont have a lot of self-doubt. There is always a tendency to say, “I can do it, I can do it.” That is, until you are actually challenged to do something, until you are forced into a situation, and until you find out that you are not that smart.

Theres a good reason why I have a very high opinion of people who work in the software industry. I think they are incredibly talented people who are extremely motivated, and they are willing to sacrifice their own ego to help others. They also tend to have a lot of self-awareness, because they are self-motivated. I don’t know how you do it though, theres nothing wrong with self-motivation.

I think the best programmers are the ones who have self-awareness. They know what they believe in and what they are doing is important. They know that they will eventually be called on to do a really difficult task in which they have no prior experience and have no idea how to do it. In order to do it right, they have to know what they are doing and they have to be able to visualize their work so they can actually understand what they are doing.

That’s why I love being a contractor. I’m a self-motivated guy. But I am also an ambitious guy who really wants to get his new job done. I’m not saying I’m perfect. I have to work really hard to get my work done on time. That’s not a bad thing. It’s just important that I try to do my best work every time I do it.

Well, yeah.

Excel is the spreadsheet that many professionals use to manage a lot of their business. It’s also a really important tool for a lot of people because it allows them to organize and store information.
