I wouldn’t say you have to wake up in the morning, but you do have to get a little sleep. We can never get enough sleep! We can get enough sleep, and it’s important to get a little of that. But it’s also important to get some exercise. Doing that is important to get your head around your brain, too. The gym is always better for you.
