This week I was privileged enough to have a conversation with a great friend who is a writer and an avid reader. I’ve been reading many of his blog posts and articles for several years now, and I was looking for a few of his books to check out. I started reading “The Three Levels of Self-Awareness” by Alex forgues and it was what I was looking for.

The book is a great read and I was happy that his blog was so good at explaining how you can be aware of your habits, routines, impulses, and reactions without overthinking or being overwhelmed.

Its main focus is on the things we call habits, but forgue also talks about how we are often unaware of our habits. The book goes into great detail about how to start noticing what your habits are and how to change them. Its a great book for anyone who wants to learn and change.

It really is a good read and I’d recommend it. Alex is a guy who really knows how to explain things in a way that everyone can understand. I’d definitely recommend this book. You might be surprised how many people go about things blindly and never notice the things that make them feel bad.

Although Alex does point out in a very interesting way how self-awareness can prevent us from letting ourselves off the hook in our own lives.

Alex is really one of the few teachers that talks about the ways in which we are all just automatons. We don’t control our thoughts, we don’t control our actions and we certainly don’t control our environments. We are just puppets on strings, like puppets on a string. Alex’s advice is to not feel like you’re in control of anything. Instead, find some way to take control of your life.

The good news is that your self-awareness seems to be a lot more valuable than your control of your environment. A lot of people have said that self-awareness is the best thing for the environment, but there are a few things that can actually make the environment more attractive to you. Let’s look at some of the things that self-awareness is a great thing for.

The other thing that makes self-aware people less of a threat to their environment is that they are constantly learning. If you don’t learn something new, you will never be a threat to your environment. There are a lot of other things that people learn that will help you get better at your “environment”. But learning a new skill, even a skill that was learned in the past, can only help you get better at learning it.

If you have a lot of time to spend learning new things, you may be able to make a lot of progress in this article without getting into some boring little details. I know I have that in me. But if you have many hours to learn a skill, you may as well put it away for a bit.

If your environment is as good as yours, and you have a lot of time to learn it, then you may be able to make a very good living by creating some new habits.
