We are all using the same software for building applications for the Web. What is different is that I have a team of developers that work on this code. We are using gcp devops for our continuous integration pipeline. This means that the engineers (or testers) are building and testing the application, while you (or I) can see what they are building and testing.

Continuous integration is the act of building and testing an application at the same time. Our team is responsible for the continuous integration of our web application. We have a project manager and the developers work with her to ensure that everything works and that all the tests are passing.
