The level of awareness you choose to see is what you decide you want to be aware of for the rest of the day.

The ability to know yourself, and the ability to take care of yourself. So even though you may not be aware of a fact, you can still take care of it. There are certain things that you might be aware of, but you can still take care of them. For example, you may take care of your house, but you may not be aware that having a home is a self-care practice.
